The Early Air Way was founded in December of 2005 by Alex Early with the sole intention of providing unique, unrivaled travel products.

After working in the air charter industry providing flights on behalf of an aircraft owner/operator based in Los Angeles, CA to nearly all of the well known brokerage companies, Alex realized there was serious room for improvement amongst brokers.

Alex learned that well-known charter broker companies were primarily staffed by untrained individuals unfamiliar with the charter business, or with aviation as a whole. He saw that brokers were hired quickly and offered high commission-based salaries to provide as little to their customers as possible for as much money as possible. The internal goal of these companies was purely profit; the goal of each representative was commission. The success of these large companies was owed simply to the size of their marketing budgets, rather than to the quality of their product. None of these large companies showed an intention to render any true value-add on top of simply providing an aircraft to their customers.

Alex saw a huge opportunity to improve the options available to those seeking private flights, and built The Early Air Way guided by industry veterans into an air charter company focused on service, tangible value-adds, and fair pricing.
